Notes:
We break this infrastructure into two components – essentially nodes and links – or people and relationships. Nodes are broken up into Features and States – Features can be static, such as office location, job title, and training – or dynamic – like recent keywords, conversation topics or current location. The user states can be talking, walking, and depending on our sensor suite, other activity states – instantaneous.
