Using a technique I’ll describe later in the presentation, we can capture detailed interaction information on each pairwise combination of people–and perhaps most importantly, HOW they are interacting. We are collecting data on time holding the floor, number of interruptions, keywords and topics, frequency of interactions, among other things. - and how is this correlated with their position in the organizational hierarchy?
