I’m wanted to start out this presentation with what I view as the ultimate goal – ‘to unobtrusively glean a detailed map of an organization's cogitative(!!!  check!!! ) infrastructure. To have a map of the dynamic social network – to be able to infer relationships behind the org chart. To understand who influences results, who should connect with whom, ……. - and given enough data and some sophisticated machine learning algorithms – to create predictive models of communication networks to simluate an organizational restructuring .
